Suck, well about 99% do.

Anyway that's another issue but why is it? That their first song that most people hear is about how critics and everybody hate them?

Eh?

EH?

French hip hop is doing it for me at the moment. If you want some laid back rhyming check out a band called IAM. Best album to listen to is called L'ecole du Micro D'Argent (School of the Silver Microphone) - Wu Tang guest on a couple of tracks too.

They were on the soundtrack to La Haine and Taxi if anyone knows those films.

I have the "3ft High & Rising" album by De La Soul.
For old school stuff, I need to start my collection on CD, it's on all casettes and I've been digging through them.

Ice T "Power" (still the best album cover ever)
Erik B & Rakim "Follow The Leader"
Run DMC "Tougher Than Leather"
Beastie Boys "Paul's Boutique"

i like some wu tang now and then but i also like public enemy and royce da 5' 9 is good to.

NWA had some wicked stuff but Dr Dre's latest stuff is well cack.

in the chart area at the mo i'd say Nas is really really good but why did they censor the word gun out of his new track called "got yourself a gun?" damn yanks.

Also some of 2pac's stuff is good i mean that track changes is well good.

Also goatboy you know any really classic de la sol tracks and what about pharcyde what was that song called when everything is going backwards in the video?

I've got the 1st Gravediggaz album, and yep I think The Rza is one of the best producers in hip-hop.
I've got the 36th Chamber and that rocks, but I found "Reunion" to be far too flabby for my liking.

I would personally rate The Gza's "Liquid Swords" album as my favourite hip-hop one ever. Just insane rhymning and furious beats.

:D great album, but like Beatnutz 'no escapin' this' the Se Ecabo track is my favourite one, but it's not just that, anyway yeah Method Man's stuff is great, just think when he's featured on another artist's album the tracks stand out. Redman's weird, I hope he doesn't go rock, seems like hes mellowing out, didn't like the Adam F 'Smash Something' either.
Goatboy, which Gravediggaz Album have you got?
also if you like GZA get a Wu-Tang album, 36 chambers is very good.
