I watched him in the ECW, didn't like it alot as it just seemed

ECW has no technical wrestling? Well I think I will have to lend you ECW Massacre on 34th street! A great match between Mikey Whipwreck and Tajiri Vs Super Crazy and Kid Kash, it is the best match.

I watched him in the ECW, didn't like it alot as it just seemed to all weapons and no skill. But hey!
When he won Light Heavyweight title off Crash the LH division was having a bit of a revival after Dean Malenko held the title for ages. Then it disappeared without a trace with X-Pac disappearing as champion. I though Jerry Lynn was quite good but nothing special. He arrived too soon before the Alliance to make a big enough impact.

Jerry Lynn was in ECW - everyone realised how damn good he was
Jerry Lynn was in WWF - captured the light heavyweight title. Push was stopped
Jerry Lynn has a hardcore match against RVD on HeAT - one of the best HeAT matches ever. Everyone loved it
Jerry Lynn gets injured (house show probably)
Jerry Lynn gets released

But as soon as he won it he got sucked into the whole Alliance angle and the titles magically went into a battle between X-Pac and Kidman, which also could've been good if the WWF liked either of those guys.
I agree with Cong and Shaneo. Jerry Lynn deserved more than to come to the WWF, have 2 or 3 matches and get left out fro months before getting rleased.

Wow. Firstly I am devestated that someone who worked so hard to make a name for himself can be released without the WWF ever really giving him a chance. Jerry Lynn is without a doubt the best cruiser-weight the WWF have right now. I think it's a travesty and we should all write to the WWF complaining. I agree with Shaneo, and would go as far as to say that after Sabu and Rob Van Dam, Jerry Lynn was ECWs most constantly good performer. Maybe that newbie was right...WWF does sux. Only with some decisions though and I will still watch it :P
