Life is good.

Just had a very pleasant weekend.

Went home for the weekend, as most of you know. Saw some mates on friday night that I hadn't seen for a while.

Helped redecorate a mates flat in the day saturday, and got to use one of those steam wall paper stripper things. Took a bit of getting used to. They can also strip poly-filla, and take tiles off walls as well, by the way.

I wasn't supposed to take the tiles off, but I left the steamy thing on the wall a bit too long, and a big chunk of plaster and a couple of tiles kind of fell off.

Still, I'd rather make these mistakes in someone else's house, eh? :-D

Saturday night rocked. It was a mates birthday, so me and my brother and a load of mates went out. We ended up at this pub with a late licence and it had a dancefloor as well.

The aftershocks were flowing quite freely, mixed with beer and double vodka and red bull, so we were all pretty drunk.

Then it happened. "Mr Boombastic" by Shaggy came on.

I was God.

Me and my brother RULED that dancefloor. Man, I was a hero. At least, that's what I thought at the time. I was "Mr Smooth", the number 1 lover man in my postal district.

However, in reality, I was just a drunk leper jumping around completely out of time with the music. I.e, we looked a right couple of t**s.

This morning was a little shakey, but after a bacon sandwich I was feeling fine. Had a nice big roast dinner (my mum does THE best roast dinner EVER. No argument), then went to my brothers flat to watch the football.

Spurs lost, another result as far as I was concerned.

Tehn had to travel back to Surrey, and was miffed when I missed my train from Waterloo by about 1 minute, and had to hang around for half an hour for the next one.

However, in keeping with the rest of the great weekend, I found a £20 in one of the automatic ticket machine things. So I went and purchased the latest OPSM2, witha demo of Herdy Gerdy and Maximo, another result!

I get home, go straight round to the missus for a couple of hours of lovin', I've just got back and found that Rez has arrived over the weekend, and it was free (GAD prize from a couple of weeks ago, Cheers SR!). So I'm off to play that now!

Life is good.

Until I have to go to work tomorrow, but I'm not thinking about that just yet...

Yeah. I was just wandering about, thinking of how to waste half an hour, and I walked past the ticket machine things, and it was just there, as though someone put it in, the machine didn't like it, and chucked it back out.

I had wondered if it was a fake, but I went and spent it straight away in WHSmith, and they accepted it.

Mine sucks.
I have so much work to do, I'm going to cry. Remember your feel sorry me thread a few weeks back your honour? I could do with one now.

BTW, congrats on the notable thing.
