yeh i agree, the graphics are better then Grand Theft Auto IIIs and i also thing that overall it is a better game

i have bought it and i think that the game is not bad, the graphics are better then Grand theft Auto IIIs and the violence is actually funny, buy it.

I had it,and took it back the next day it was that crap.I've never done that before but this game is just awful.
Its boring and repetitive.
If you haven't already got GTA3 then get that.If you have stick with that.

hmmmm...maybe i should have made myslf more clear....i kinda meant they are more detailed and reallistic.....a joy to explore.....i went round lookin in every shop window!:)

i dont think that this is the case. i think that GTA3s enviroments are miles better and bigger. although i have only had a quick go...maybe more today

The missions are better than GTA3...more interesting and a constant speeded up style of play........very frantic....u certainly can't say it's a cash in on gta3.....it's loads diffrent.......put it this way....it is what GTA3 should have had..........a better on foot mode....and the cities/area are better than GTA3's.

State of emergency is just a blatent shoddy attempt to cash in on GTA3's sucess.
