For some reason I seem to have had 2 identical debit debit notification emails, presume this doesn't mean I'm going to get billed double?

Think I must now hold the record for 'the duplicate direct debit email' ... I've gone triplicate :¬)

Your prize is on its way....

200 more messages![/i]

So cool and so kind ;¬)

But I could have been an 'irate' customer ... what then? The same?

Mentioned yesterday about EmailPro running slowly ... this morning it was back, nice and quick! I received 5 emails. I have just checked my email, about 2 minutes ago and I've received 55 messages going back to 26/10/12!!!!

Is there a problem with EmailPro?

One of the servers was upgraded this morning, so its possible i suppose that this may have caused a few of you some issues. However, you should find the service fast and reliable from this point on.

Thanks Warhunt,

I wasn't affected this time but when this happened before it was only the email that was duplicated.

The Direct Debit emails do seem to have gone out twice, as duplicate email as opposed to duplicate charges however.

Looking at a few effected accounts, I can only see one billing request being sent to the bank so do not believe the charges have been requested twice.

We have raised the issue with accounts however, who will investigate the issue as soon as possible.

Don't think there's any need for the banjo's just yet! :)

Only posted this just in case it was the entire billing process that had been duplicated, not just the emails.
