Hi Castleford Speedway and welcome to Freeola ...

... a web address would be helpful or even a link and perhaps the name of the FTP software you are using to upload files.

Have you also checked that your 'broadband' username and password have been entered correctly within the FTP software?

Is your 'webspace' hosted with Freeola ?

If you have ordered Freeola broadband you will need to wait for your connection to be activated before you upload unless you purchase Web Freeddom which allows you to use any connection.

If you are using cable provided by the company that's rather fond of the colour red and has a rather well known bearded shareholder you will definitely need Web Freedom as you are not 'on' the Freeola network.

Don't forget if it's a VIP hosted domain or an InstantPro one then it's available via any connection! :¬)

(though no FTP access with InstantPro)

NB. It looks like it's been set up as an InstantPro one to me.

Hopefully a staffie will see this thread and investigate.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
I am delighted.
Brilliant! As usual the careful and intuitive production that Freeola puts into everything it sets out to do. I am delighted.
