Hi folks
Tried to install Firefox 16 last night and Prevx warned me about cloaked malware and wanted to remove firefox.exe.
I'm trying to determine whether any others have had the issue or whether its a false positive I need to take up with Prevx.
My subscription has about 50 days to run.
You may or may not know it does not use definitions as traditional AV does but uses heuristics backed up by a remote database. (It also seems to dislike the LiveDrive client for some reason)
Tried to install from the Mozilla site and again it alarmed.
Anyone else seeing this with other AV products?

Win 7 x64 Pro
Intel Core i5 3450 3.10Ghz but operating at 3.29 in Turbo Boost mode.
4GB DDR3 1600Mhz RAM

Seems to be performing ok at the moment, even BF3's browser-based UI seems stable....(for once) ;¬)
Build 16.0.1 released, no alarms from the AV.
Will you lot please keep up ... :¬)
Thanks for the heads up guys, just reverted back to 15.1.
I reinstalled 15.1 before I left for work this afternoon.
It caused me to use IE 9 for a while which wasn't all that bad.

I stopped my FF automatically upgrading a while back as I was fed up with the *very* regular "restart now to finish installation" etc.
It also doesn't pay to be on the bleeding edge of (IT)updates (as this proves) I like others to have a go first :¬)

No problems when it installed last night :¬) (AVG Internet Security 12)
EDIT: Did use ESET a few years ago, but going from v3 to v4 caused email problems so parted company as ESET couldn't sort out the problem.
