Pretty sure that dial-up is narrowband and digital stuff is broadband...

Because its 128K. Technically its narrowband, because as you say its restricted to the amount of data. I am sure anything below DSL rated 384 lines (Lowest American DSL) is Narrowband and anything higher is broadband.

So why is NTL 128k NOT broadband and NTL 600k broadband?

Same line, you just get a restriction on the amount of data that you can send and receive...

No its broadband. A LAN is a local area network so NTL 600k isnt a LAN, a WAN maybe, but then again that is what the internet is.

Yes around 5 days excluding weekends. They are sent from Germany. They email your Subscription code to you, so if you either have Unreal, MechAssault or Ghost Recon you could be online TONIGHT.

512K is 512kbps :) So thats ok. Some people thing 128K is broadband.
