How do i make a single table center itself in the middle of the screen vertically?

What does the table do? Is it only the one table?
If you look at:

The main table is placed inside an outer table set at 100% wide and 100% high with the align="middle" valign="middle"
No matter how you scale the page, them main content table contained in the outer table will always center tot he screen!! (NS4.0 has a problem with this!!)
