I noticed over the weekend my broadband usage stats for this month were unavailable. Shows all zeros and clicking for details gives "There are no usage figures for your selected month. "
I thought it was just a glitch but it's the same today - please let me know if you need a Ticket raised to address this?

Yep, this definitely sounds like something that we would need to look into. If you wouldn't mind raising a support ticket with your line number, we should be able to have a look at this for you.

Yep, I checked a couple of Freeola accounts and found the same so I guess it's affecting a number of accounts.
