Hi Freeola,
I noticed over the weekend my broadband usage stats for this month were unavailable. Shows all zeros and clicking for details gives "There are no usage figures for your selected month. "

I thought it was just a glitch but it's the same today - please let me know if you need a Ticket raised to address this?

Yep, I checked a couple of Freeola accounts and found the same so I guess it's affecting a number of accounts.

Saw your initial post Hmmm and thought that the problem might have been solved, but just checked mine and it reads the same ... no usage and no details:¬)
