I've done all the remote control car missions, all the payphone and story missions and have done Patriot Playground and A ride in the Park. I'm really close to finishing Multistorey Mayhem so then I just have to do that other mission in the picnic area and I've done it! I've completed all 73 missions!

No there is another one. It kind of sits there of the coast. I nearly managed to fly on to it by tank cheat but spiralled out of control as I was above it. The trick is to go to harbor entrance and hit top speed and go straight off the edge towards it.
Also why is is GRIPPED! so hard. I just need to complete this mission and I've done them all. I've done all fire missions, taxi missions, vigilante missions - all I have left to do is 9 rampages, this 1 mission, 11 hidden packages and more ambulance missions (only done 12). Then I've done it... so cloosse. :/
