Nintendo are to collaborate with NEC on the next generation of Nintendo home console, reports Bloomberg. Rumours point to a possible 2005 release, to directly compete with Sony's Playstation 3.
NEC have previously provided chips for the Dreamcast and, of course, the GameCube. They have also recently invested heavily in a new production factory in Japan.
It's good to know that Cube 2 (obvioulsy it won't be called that) is in the works but 2005?
Bit early if you ask me, still as long as it's backwards compatable thenI don't see it being a massive problem.
They said Cube has a good 5 years in it so games should still be released for it me thinks.
Too many random battles though.
Skies of Arcadia is the best game ever, Resi rules and MI is medicore.
I like Shenmue and MI, but not Resi or Nightfire.
Gerrid is sane, just has slightly different brain workings.
I would use stronger words, but I fear SR would ban me.
Perhaps if you enjoyed the previous games, you will enjoy this. Personally, I think it's *censored*

ROFL.
Sorry, made me chortle a little.
I'm worried, Gerrid is saying Resident Evil is crap, I have it sat here right next to me (waiting for missing disc 2 from SR, and obviously a GC to play it on) So, Is it good or what?
Also don't hype yourself over Gamecube 2, The Gamecube only came out 7 months ago and everyone is already drooling over the next gen console! Everyone hyped themselves so much over the PS2, look what that turned out to be...

I thought you gave that to Prime?
