Bull plop. Every day I get about 8 emails, and EVERY single one is either "enlarge your penis" crap, or a virus. And I can't even block them anymore, as my block list became full almost two YEARS ago
About once a week I get something I want, either something from a friend (hardly any of my mates use the internet) or something I've signed up for. The rest of the time, I just have to delete everything new in my inbox.
Just about every time you sign up for something, your address gets handed around to other places. And since I've been using the same address for years... mine has been passed around a LOT
Microsoft need to make the block list an infinite number. Having a limit is just "stoo-pad"

And I get those crapy stupid, "You will die if you dont forward this bull crap to 1000 people in 12 seconds"
If all of those emails were true I would have died 16 times this week, have an eleven foot long pen1s and attended Oxford between 1982 and 1984, great!
