Sky Digital costs about £34 per month, which is fair enough. That's not including Sky Box Office.

Additional things to pay for.

Sky Box Office
Premiership +
F1 Digital +
Sky Gamestar P2P
ChelseaTV
MUTV
Sky Box Office Events
Some stuuuuupid Welsch channel

And many more.

I think this is diabolical. My parents pay £34 for the thing, and half the time it doesn't work, and the other half will cost you an extra £30/40. What a con. I pay £34, and expect to see every televised footie match, but don't want to pay an extra £11 per game, or even £60 per season. Same with the games. They're alright, but not worth 50p per every time you sign in. If I wanted to pay to play Tetris, I'd buy a Game Boy. This is not fair on the customers. I expected to see WWF Royal Rumble for free, not for an additional £14. It's just as well many fans boycotted the idea. I think that Sky should re-think the idea of allthis pay to watch, as we already pay enough already.

Thanks for your time.

At least someone else is as unhappy as me with the price of Sky Digital, don't they make enough money?
It seems to me Sky are milking us for all the money they can get and we should revolt and all complain at the outrageous prices we now have to pay.
Soon they will be putting every major event on pay-per-view and if we don't complain now in a year the price will increase again.
Also I hate when you say to sky about price increase and they fob you off with stuff like 'the business has to increase the price to compete with competition' and all stuff like that, when we all know if they charged much less a month they would still make a massive profit.
So lets revolt and get those prices down!

I bet you carn't wait untill the new price rise hits existing customers. New customers pay £37 but how long before you do?

Well at least I'm not the only unhappy customer. And, half the time, I get a cr@p service. Half the time, it skips channels when scrolling through. Or the interactive services(mainly Sky Sports Active and Sky News Active) don't work.

Another con I forgot to list is the Sky Play. This thing where you get to predict the match results and maybe win a prize. Well, what a con!!! £1.50 per minute to predict a match that will probably be a load of dogs cr@p.

I noticed that F1 Digital + are charging £12 for coverage of the Australian Grand Prix. OK, that's about the going rate for box office type events, and it is over three days. But assuming that the charge for each race in the season, that's ridiculous.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
