I was reading that u guys been hearing rumours about this well looks like its been confirmed cos IGN has details and shots of it... but u need to be a insider member!

i remember you had to blow around a door ONCE in the whole game. I enjoyed blowing a hole in the bridge and watching the truck fall down too! The game was solid enough, but would have been much better if they'd made better use of the engine.

GEOMOD (hehe!) was an overblwon waste. Yay! I could blow holes in walls - but only in certain sections would it lead to another room. I mean, if a door was blocking my way, you think I'd be able to blow a tunnel around it, but no.

It was lame.

RF2 *might* be good. Not to sure though.

Red Faction was great in my terms, Without its MOD (I think it is) Game engine it wouldn't be so great. Blasting holes in the walls :)

However, The Mutiplayer was lame but greatly imporved on the sequel. but still, Its a small classic i say. Due its great Oringality of the game.

red fraction is the only gamne on ps2 i ahve actualy enjoyed, i'ce played loads, the controll hinders most games...

Red Faction was toss.

But then apprently the original Timesplitters was as well, and the sequel is great, so I won't judge it yet.

I have never played it, but I heard a PS2 fanboy ranting on about it. So it might be good

i claimed Red Faction (PC) when I became an SR member and I really enjoyed it. Sure, it was a little shallow and quite short, but I'd definitely buy RF2 on PC or GC.

I thought the original Red Faction was aweful, one of the crappest games I've ever played. Odly though, I played a demo of RF2 and was instantly hooked, it beats the original in every way.
