I want to chip my cube... but where is the best place to get it done (preferably uk), and what prices am i going to have to pay? please help if you can!

i reckon about £15-£20, they are in heacham i believe, where do you live?

thanks alot mate. i emailed them, with a couple of questions. they are amazingly close to me, just 40 miles away in fact, we are both in norfolk. i am considering chipping if the freeloader carries on like it is.

but in your opinion, how much money do you think it will cost? £20 £50? £100? i have no idea!

if you wanna get it chipped then www.madeiragames.com do it and its reasonably priced, ask for John.


i got my jap GC there ages ago and its great!!

completed Resi 0 today!

actually your worng, you can copy GC games easily, using a standard DVDRW, only problem is you cant buy the discs that fit in the cube.

if you remove outer casing they work fine!!

i have seen many videos on this already

Why do you want it chipped?

All you can do is play import games and you will be invalidating your warranty in doing it!

Nobody has managed to copy any GC games yet so if that was your plan, well you've failed!

Just wait for the Freeloader to allow you to play import games!
