Random is either random or it isn't, and I can assure you the bingo numbers are random :p

I see 21 bingo winners on the GAD winners page, 18 of which are distinct. Please tell us, who are these 'certain people' who are the 'only' ones to keep winning?

A few consecutive numbers in a 25 range aren't exactly proof of un-randomness.

If so it's just luck. In fact, I think the odds of getting all 10 numbers in a row, is something ridiculous like 1 in 109,027,350,400,000
