Here a question.

How long do people think the N64 has left to live?

With games like Perfect Dark, Zelda: The Continuing Sage, Turok 3, A Resident Evil game, Top Gear Rally 2, and a bunch of other wicked games this year. How long will the N64 live for? Specially with the PS2 and Dolphin on the horizon how much longer can the N64 last?

If it weren't for Pokemon, Nintendo would be making very little money in the European market. It's only in America (where games are better scheduled) where Nintendo makes any major impact in the charts. In Japan, it's only the big releases (Zelda:Majora's Mask, Kirby 64) that get a mention.

Actually, the SNES CD-ROM add-on was a collaboration between Nintendo and Sony. Neither one of them made it. But Sony wanted too much for themselves in any deal, so Nintendo refused.

And the dolphins processor and graphics are going to be much better than the Fony Greystation 2 (by the way, Nintendo made the original Greystation but sold it to Sony)

Nintendo have always been late into the market. It's all very well talking about the N64 and Dolfin turning up last at the party, but remember the Super Nintendo? How long was the Mega Drive available before Nintendo released a console with the same technology? Years.

The original NES, and the Gameboy. I think they may have been the only ones with none-late release dates, and that only because there was so litle to be late in relation to. Even the game boy colour. How long ago was the full colour (graphically superior) game gear released? Again, years before the GBC. And it had such graphic capabilities that the TV tuner made it as good as any mini tv set.

But it works for them. They always release late and thye finished product is always superior to the rest of the market because of it, and hence Nintendo have it's own selling point, quality, instead of going into direct competition with everything else. And it works for them. They're still here and making money aren't they?

It was meant for soup dragon he said it didn't think it lived up to the hype. The slayer also makes it easy for you to be killed. Because if your friends are any good they will see you standing in the corner and shoot you in the head before you have exploded the rocket and regained control of yourself. The farsight on the other hand is a pretty skill less weapon and can spoil games depending on what level you are playing on.

ANOTHER GAME I WANT IS HARVEST MOON 64, I HAVE THE SNES VERSION ON MY P.C AND DESPITE THE BELOW AVERAGE GRAPHICS THE WHOLE GAME IS ACE. ALTHOUGH IT IS BASICALLY A FARMING GAME IT LOOKS ACE AND ALTHOUGH I DON'T REALLY READ ANY N64 MAGS EXCEPT NOM I READ 64 PRO AND THEY HAD A GREAT REVIEW, AND THE GAME GOT 4 OUT OF 5 STARS.

I REALLY WANTED ALL-STAR BASEBALL 2001 BUT ACCLAIM ARE NOT GOING TO RELEASE IT IN THE UK, WHICH IS A SHAME, THE WHOLE GAME LOOKS COOL AND THE MULTIPLAYER WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT, AND I LIKE THE COMMENTARY, LATE OR NOT.

I GUESS WE ARE AT THAT STAGE AGAIN WHEN WE ARE WAITING FOR ANOTHER GAME TO COME OUT, I HAVE GOT PERFECT DARK AND THE GAME IS INCREDIBLE IT HAS TO BE THE BEST GAME I HAVE AND THE LITTLE THING N IT MAKE YOU WOUNDER HOW ANYONE COULD MAKE SUCH A GAME...AND HOW COOL IS THE SLAYER GUN.....DAMN I LOVE THAT SECONDARY FUNCTION...FLY-BY-WIRE IS SO FUN....YOU KNOW THE CENTRAL BLOCK IN THE WAREHOUSE LEVEL WITH THE LITTLE PASSAGES IN IT....YOU SHOULD SEND A FLY-BY-WIRE THROUGH THERE AND TRY AND LOOP THE LOOP ALL THE WAY UP, OVER, UPSIDE DOWN AND FLY IT UP YOUR ASS IT IS PRETTY COOL.

ALTHOUGH PERFECT DARK IT A GREAT GAME, IT DOES LACK THE SPECIAL SOMETHING THAT MAKES YOU WANT TO KEEP PLAYING, I MEAN WHEN YOU DIE THE THOUGH GOES THROUGH YOUR MIND TO TURN THE GAME OFF, I DON'T THINK THAT IS IS QUITE AND ADDICTIVE AS OTHER GAMES BUT A CRACKIN' GAME ALL THE SAME THUMBS UP TO RARE.

ANYONW HEARD THAT 'SWEET HOME ALABAMA' SONG YOU KNOW, THE ON THAT YOU REALLY LOVE BUT COULD NEVER FIND OUT THE NAME OF IT.....IT IS BY LYNYARD, SKYNYARD OR SOMEONE LIKE THAT BUT ANYWAY YOU CAN GET IT FROM MYPLAY.COM.....YOU MIGHT HAVE TO REGISTER THOUGH.

I THINK DESPITE ALL RUMORS OF NINTENDO 64 GOING SOUTH, OR DOWN THE PAN I THINK THAT THEY HAVE GOT ENOUGH GOOD GAMES GOING TO KEEP GOING FOR ANOTHER YEAR OR TWO AT LEAST.

THE GAME

who was this message ment for?? perfect dark is my favorite game, and will be until a better one comes out!! I don't like that slayer weapon, or the farsight they made it so easy to kill the enimies! they have no chance. my favorite is the pinball grenade, it's so fun when it bounces all over the place ecspecial y in a small level like falicity or whatever it's called now! thats another thing, why did they bother to change the name of that level and keep complex and temple the same?? I like the colour of the doors better though, they look alot better with blood stains on them, the sliver grey walls don't look as good. try a shotgun with double blast at point blank range on a meat sim(some thing that will die fast) it's so cool to watch their head splatter across the wall, if you can use the combat boost, so you can actually watch the blood go out of his head, and.....well you get the picture.

What do you mean pefect dark isn't that good! The single player is amazing and the multiplayer is even better. The weapons are brilliant (that fly by wire slayer missile is now my favourite) And the new features are great. It is so funny when you blast the guns out of guards hands and they keep running and then suddenly decide to turn around and get it and whilst they are doing that you are lining your laptop gun up on them for a quick blast in the back of the head. Talking of which you can't deny how amazing it is when you are fighting some one you shoot them and blood shoots out all over the wall it is a very visually impressive game and the gameplay is amazing. Do not listen to this insane criticism of perfect dark it is brilliant and there is so much do do.

I wonder what people think about the disc loading system for Dolphin.
I think the PS and Dreamcast top style disc loading look too lame. Also I think PS2's tray loading style is also pretty usual. I wish and hope that for Dolphin they use slot loading DVD drives. It would be way too cool!!

Na, there should definatly be a forum for squirrles, on how to destroy them, or divert their attention to another! not monkeys! they're good, but squirrles can fly!(flying squirrles)!? isn't that obvious enough? I don't know why I put it in brackets. i'll shut up.
