Also, do u need to swap discs?

I don't know if this is true but I read in Channel 4's Digitiser text service page 481 that PSI2 magazine from Datel will be shipping the DVD Region x for free as the cover gift - any truth to this. Because they did give away the full GT3 cheat disc when they were selling it a month before that for a tenner.

It is true - it's mentioned on the "Next Month" page of the latest PSi-2 {Issue 17} that the full version of DVD Region X will be included on next month's issue {Issue 18} due out on March 11th.

I knoow where to get them and the price you can get them from virtual games and its £20 to £40.
