I want names of notables, and I want proof, backing these statements up.

I agree with the word count, but not neccesarily the amount of messages. Some people would spam 10,000 times just to become a notable I reckon.

Nah... then spammers would become notables, and people who are admired will lose self confidence. I like it this way.
