I just got SR's new magazine this morning in the post.
Have you???

I'm glad to see that they've got all the GameCube stuff up now, but have you seen the number of N64 games???
ONLY SIX!!!! I cannot believe it!! But at least they've still got some periphals.

The magazine looks good, but it's a shame to see that the N64's coming to and end at SR. And there's only.....something like 75 days till the GameCube launch??

We came very close to including that kind of stuff in the club page this month, but it gooted booted out in favour of some other stuff at the last minute. It sucks, but I do what I'm told. Mind you, I read an old SR Mag today, and the club page was half full of our writer talking about what he'd do if he was an evil overlord. Seriously.

Actually, PDZero may come out before Mario Sunshine, as it's already in the mag, and MS isn't. But you never know, anything can happen in the world of gaming...

Yeah but where are the Morrisisms, the subtle humour and movie references that used to litter the mag?

It's all very professional and designed to highlight the excellent bargains...but it just feels...well...too serious.

I like this place because of the spakker humour and borderline offensive humour that drips from staff.
Extend that to the mag and watch people subscribe just to read that.
