I just wanted to know if slapping a girls a** when she doesn't want you to a sexual offense,and could they press charges?
Some boys did that to me three times today and it hurt like hell.

Yep, you could. If they're under 18 though, it's a waste of time, as they'll be unlikely even to recieve a caution.

Yep, you could. If they're under 18 though, it's a waste of time, as they'll be unlikely even to recieve a caution.

Yup I know someone who was taken too Court for slapping a Waitresses as$ in a pub, he was given a fine, 120 hours community service and too top it all he was put on the sex offenders list.
I couldn't beleive it too be honest but it's all true.

Yup I know someone who was taken too Court for slapping a Waitresses as$ in a pub, he was given a fine, 120 hours community service and too top it all he was put on the sex offenders list.
I couldn't beleive it too be honest but it's all true.
