ah fair enough, it sounded like you meant the actual event ;)
they may well have done mate, i can`t remember.
i remember the challenger exploding, it interrupted a show called "Splash" which i was watching to see if i`d got anywhere with their competition. the prize? a cheap camera.

No. Crimes against humanity. David hasselhoff should be on trial for being in that show. Oh how it spawned such terrible spin offs like knight rider 2000. But that isn't really he' fault as such. But still.
Thunder cats was just bad. I hated it as a child. The crap humour that would be with each show. Everyone seeming to laugh bombastically and that so bad but good phrase thunder, thunder cats hooo (or something or other).
D&D the cartoon about a group of kids playing d&d and get sucked into the game. They spend the rest of the lives where they nearly - but don't quite find the grandmaster/gamekeeper/idiot. Oh there he is! Oh wait he's gone again. I can safely assume that they never ever got back. (Muhahahaha) Oh and those got awful movies. Terrible.
but lets not look back on that too much. Lets look to what was great. The toys of the 80's. I do remember a few things. Like Manta force, zero hour, the odd board game here and there, but not much and i'm not entirely sure whether those where the 80's.
you fail History ;)"
Didn't they send subs down to find the titanic back in 1986?
