Does anyone remember a television series a few years ago called, "The last train"? I think it was on channel 3 or 4 and was about a nuclear blast which killed almost everything except these group of people on a tube train who survived and came to the surface after a nuclear winter. They went searching for other survivers and stuff, I really enjoyed it.

Anyone else remember it and if you can recall what channel it was on can you please get back to be as I want to email them and ask them to re-run it.

Im glad I wasnt the only one who liked it. I think it could perhaps have gone unnoticed though as it won no awards or anything but I think it deserved something!

Just searched on google for "The Last Train DVD" and it came up with some gay films (porn?) in the 3rd result.
I didn't click on anything - my innocent mind shall not be corrupted. And I really dont want to look at gay porn.

Feel free to look if you want, I can't stop you poofs haveing fun.

Yes! Someone else watched it.

That was a great show - with those dogs things and the panther and the evil b'stards crucifying those blokes.
Kinda weird at the end, I remeber, but blummin good stuff.

alas, no. Hasn't appeared on video or DVD yet. Email the BBC website, they've given in to the Ghostwatch mass mailing, so you never know.

Yeah, all these soldier types had been kept in hibernation sleep things there, but when they did get their the people they met were the kids of those people, and thats when they realised how long they'd been in the train....though it was blindly obvious that was the case from episode 1... ho hum.

meh

It was good, they had to reach the place called Ark in Scotland, or so I remember.

They got attacked by Resident Evil style dogs at the start too, although they weren't undead, obviously.

It was on ITV, it was about a meteor hitting the planet and the people on the train we're somehow unconscious for years, and it was rubbish, like most brit sci fi programmes are. Even that BBC one with aliens became a sad X Files rip off, Invasion Earth or something ?
