Right IMPORTANT NOTICE:

The Manager of each team playing much choose they 11 to start and formation before Match Reports can be wrote. This means the Manager can now select his side rather than going along with the ones on the computer game you are simulating the matches on.

Now this will be better for transfers as now the Manager can say that they want their star buy to start rather than the Match Report writer just going along with the computer games choice for starting 11.

So Managers choose your starting 11 and formation for your games this week!

oh yes and Managers choose your 5 subs but like in real life only 3 can come on unless its a Champions League match or something.
