Try looking on the other topics on this page, I seem to remember seeing a URl for Rockstar, it might be connected to State of Emergency thread.....let us know how you get on.

when i went through it the first time without collecting the packages in any order and they turned up, i dont want to start again even though it is the best game ever, (mgs2 will be better)is it worth continuing hoping that it might appear or would you start again, has anyone done it and they havnt turned up and then gone back and they have? Its nothing to do with the cd because they turned up first, have rockstar added this for a reason bexcause its stupid, does anyone know where i can contact them, thanks.

I know what you mean, I think y game's alright but I think it depends on how much you've done.....although your welcome to prove me wrong.

I have actually done the mission the 1st time I played it, just can't seem to nowadays!

Just to add to what Shadow has just mentioned, if you do start again, there is no telling if you will get the nines appear.

I restarted and just did the missions without collecting all the packages and rampages etc, just followed the story mode and as soon as I got to the 3rd Island tried that mission and there were no nines.....not impressed!

Have stopped playing for a while but will attempt soon before MGS2 appears on my doorstep.

Sorry to upset you but there does seem to be a glitch with this mission in that the nines gang members do not always appear. I had no problem with this mission but others have, I am afraid the only way to solve it that I am aware of is to start again.

The coolest ISP ever!
In my opinion, the ISP is the best I have ever used. They guarantee 'first time connection - everytime', which they have never let me down on.
Wonderful...
... and so easy-to-use even for a technophobe like me. I had my website up in a couple of hours. Thank you.
