Mulit-platform games are becoming more and more common.
Nobody could have predicted Sega being a 3rd party developer 2 years ago yet here we are with just that.
So could premier titles that identify consoles start appearing on others?
Mario on the PS2 perhaps?
Or Metal Gear on the Gamecube?
Is it that hard to imagine?
Simple answer is yes.
Metal Gear couldn't appear on the GB unless he was no longer a covert agent, but a massive-faced squirrel.
And instead of oil tankers and warehouses, he would sneak around big castles and lakes.
But he wouldn't sneak, he'd run really stupidly and leap about like a kangaroo off his baps on speed.
And there would be no weapons, but magic flowers that didn't kill, merely rendered them not-so-happy for a few seconds.
And there would be no end-of-level bosses with cannons.
They would be massive dragons (but not mean ones).
So, in short, I'm bored out of my face and I'm trying to bait the 'Tardos because it's funny and nobody even reads massive blocks of text so I can put this in the middle and only a few people will even realise I'm typing whatever comes into my fragile little mind.
So, to summarise:
Metal Gear Solid is PS2 only.
"erm lets see the scarest game in the world at the moment is, yes thats right its silent hill 2 on the ps2"
Like hell!
Scariest game ever is STILL 3D Monster Maze on the C64.
they have a horror department as a second party for christs
> sake SONY don't.
erm lets see the scarest game in the world at the moment is, yes thats right its silent hill 2 on the ps2, also not to forget we also have the resident evil serius, and also did i mention we can also run all the hundreds of horror games on the ps1, so there nintendo's horror department is no match for the huge amount of horror games which you can run on sony machines.
MGS2 is rubbish anyway. Not a patch on the fun of GTA3 or DMC.
Wriggle little fishies, you took the bait,
> and you're on the hook

Sshh, you'll ruin the fun
All of you.
Wriggle little fishies, you took the bait, and you're on the hook.
>MGSX is still in development considering new screenshots wee shown only a few days ago...
>MGS appeared on GBC.
>MG Appeared on NES.
I thought it was the MSX? Or is that the NES?
>Solid Snake appeared on NES.
>Another Metal Gear game appeared on NES.
Actually, no it didn't, there were two incarnations on the NES/SNES/MSX and one GB, the last was on the PSX...
> And MGS2 is really poor anyway why would we care?
LOL, typical Ninty response...
MGS wasn't as good as some people think, compare it to Goldeneye or Perfect Dark or some PC games - Half Life was far better, UT - UT2 will be better, Max Payne = better on Pc = mouse...
I mainly buy FPS on PC as i do RTS, GC has the next best selection of games as PS2 relies on PC bound games... GTA originated on the PC...
Some of ninty's games may appear childish, but how many adults who play any type of computer games DIDN'T enjoy a quick race or two on Mario Kart?
> I only play nintendo games because they are GOOD AND PROBABLY BEST IN THE

let me guess your

Nope, not at all.
Max Payne is brilliant.
