I'm making a list of why he was banned so I can paste it to the many, many people who ask. Right:

How did he get found out for joining under a different name. He didn't do anything wrong in the WWF forum.

But he keeps coming back,he said he hated this place but he must love it.He's like one of the useless frisbees that you throw that come back.

He returned, using false details, claimed he wasn't Shaneo, fooled Snuggly, got found out, and was banned.
He returned, copied another review, for expreimental reasons which I'll not go into unless I have to, got found out, and banned.
He returned, wasn't banned for a while, but posted something which has since been deleted. Whatever that was, I assume he was banned for it. Or else he was just banned for being unpopular....

I remember he once annoyed Aliboy by complaining to him that everyone kept accusing him of being shaneo,then after Aliboy proved that he wasn't,shaneo admitted to being...well Shaneo.
