p.s who wants to play a gamecube?
Ive seen one in the basildon shop once
First, the handle. It does not look really stupid, it looks fine. It is usefule as well, and it does not cause any problems as regards blocking the cables at the back.
The look of the machine: In purple, the GC looks a bit childish, but nothing like a Fisher Price toy or anything! In black it looks just as smart as the other two consoles.
The controller: The controller is absolutely brilliant to play with. The only flaw is the position of the Z trigger, but that is not a huge problem at all. I so far have founf no one who finds it too small, and my dad who has huge hands (seriously) said it was great as well.
The games: I got LM, Pikmin and SSB:M with it, and they are all really cool. The best I think is Smash brothers, it is so fun and there is so much to do.
OK?
He had one on display, that you could play on. There was no one on it either, as most people had came for PC parts rather than a GC! Hence the name "COMPUTER fair"
I'm not that interested in a GC, so I didn't bother having a go on it. I didn't even take that much notice of what game was on there, although it looked like a brightly coloured game.
I just thought I'd tease you that I had the oppotunity to play on one, but didn't bother. :D
But I expect they'll come soon...
I think that the X-box is already available to play as people have known all the info. about it's launch for quite a while now, and are ready to let people try it out, letting them know that this is what they'll be getting on launch day.
But with the GameCube, we don't quite know everything about it's UK launch (mainly the games) and they may feel it's too far from the launch date to set them up in stores.
I'm sure that nearer the date, when all launch info. is known, there'll be GameCube's available to play!
