I hope you all have a great Christmas, but mine cannot begin until my bloody dad wakes up. He only went to sleep half an hour ago after a marathon on the chat rooms, so I probably won't be able to open them until after 10am :(

1) What did you get in your stocking?

I got:

11 mini Mars bars
11 mini Milky Way bars
5 mini Snickers bars
7 mini packets of Maltesers
1 packet of chocolate coins

and in my mum's stocking:

bodyspray for MEN (:D)
Simpsons Slam Dunk card game
7 chocolate novelties
1 packet of chocolate coins
a pen

2) What presents did you get?

Well, here's what sits ominously under my tree, along with my predictions:

a very large, flat present, my brother has one also
- could be a very big selection box...

a round, not-so sturdy present
- could be a chocolate present :D

- two cards were wrapped up, for some reason , containing money, I hope :P

a present between me and my brother, after some shaken I think I figured it out
- a box of chocolates

a present in the shape of a selection box
- so I have come to the conclusion that it's a selection box :D

- Spiderman DVD

- Devil May Cry PS2 game

- Falling Down DVD

- Back To The Future DVD Box set :)

- Something, either a DVD or game, hopefully Renegade :D

After some groping, I found out:
- Battlefield 1942, Unreal Tournament 2003, Vice City and MoH: Allied Assault in the same box :D

Oh, and a tube of mini-eggs, or something like that.

This may just be my best christmas yet :D

Later guys, now I have to wait for my dad to get up :(

Mine cost £1200, from Novatech. I was going to get the card which is better than the GeForce 4, but the fact is they're way ahead of their time so I went with the one with a cooler name (and the one which is cheaper). I've overclocked it to amazing results though, so ner ner.

And on the paying for it side of things, dad got it through work so there was only £700 to pay; £300 off for Christmas pressies and I have to pay £400 myself. Capiche?

Congratulations :D

And ½pint, my PC is exactly the same as yours, except mine has a 6.1 surround sound system :P

Oh and if you just bought it, you should have gone with the new ATI graphics card instead, it's better than the GeForece 4 Ti4600.

How much did yours cost?

I built mine from scratch at the start of last summer and it was about £1300.
