Instead of thinking about the best game that could ever be created, your probably better off discussing the games we might actually see, like an cute racer based on Disney characters, or Warner Bros characters, probably a cute Scooby Doo racer too. On the Playstation2 we can probably expect Resident Tekken. Nintendo will no doubt continue to dump it's stars into sports games. We've had Racing and Golf and Tennis is on it's way, so what next for Mario and his pals? Mario Baseball (or softball) is bound to be a possibility considering the sports popularity in Japan. Or how about and athletics game, I don't think we've seen one with "cute" characters yet.

As long as the lead character is Sean Connery I don't care what else is in the game, he was and always will be the besht. (Dinner, Mish Funnyfanny?_

Jumping the bridge and spinning was in Golden Gun, bus in Live and Let Die, moonbuggy was in Diamonds are forever. I know my Bond.

That's just not good enough! James Bond Racer should not be in a cartoony style. It should look realistic, with the cars looking like they do in the films. The courses should also be based on the films, for instance the Live and Let Die level should feature a dirt track and a broken bridge that you have to jump over, and the bonus level should involve driving a big bus under a low bridge. Also which film had the moon buggy in it? That would be cool!

I just wish they'd bring out GoldenEye on the PSX, that's the one game I really miss not having, as well as Zelda, but I'm not willing to spend a lot of money just to be able to play those two games alone.
Interesting developments at Square don't you think? First there was the game, now they are making Final Fantasy the Movie (for 2001 release), next will we have the game of the movie of the game? Do you think they will ever bring out FF for Nintendo or Sega? That would be the deal of the century I reckon.

The matrix is apparently going to be made into a game (was supposed to be made into a game earlier this year, but you know what games companies are like for slippage) Hopefully it will involve plenty of rooftop chases, some nice gun battles, such as the one in the underground, and the helicopter part.
Other films that have appeared as games, however, have mostly been hit or miss, despite the few good ones such as Goldeneye - which is still one of the best games of all time.

the realism im told by my brother is outstanding myself not being a driver yet haven't exsperienced it but i do have a cirtain understanding of the way a car handles
and the graphics look REAL even though the graphics compared to the latest pc games are limited
but good graphics don't make a game
as i made the point im my last message

I think that they should make 007 racer for the Gamecube or PS2 rather than PSX as they will be able to make those high-speed bond chases more thrilling and maybe even get som good reviews. Anyway, I think more games made about movies should be made, but this time, leave it in the hands of Rare or Nintendo (someone who will mak a good job of it rather than mess it up like those people who made tomorrow never dies did) just think of games about films like Gladiator, I can think of a whole game based around single sections of the movie like the battle at the start or the bits in the gladiator ring. The matrix would make a good game too.

True, look at the graphics of Gran Turismo 2! The pixals are so damn large its irritating!
And as I said, matt, you need more imagination, you are making yourself the comedian of the forum (in a Joe Pesqulie sort of way, laughing at, not with.)

Let me correct you there! IT's Greystation not Playstation!

Anyway it would have to be cartoony to stop it looking pixelated as it's on the GSX!
