Apparently in the boxing scenes the actors are really going for it. Hope so, because it was quite apparent in the Rocky movies that they weren't making contact.
Will Smith did 10 months training before filming began, but I guess he would have had to, as I always saw him as being quite lanky, where Ali was nowt like that.
Anyway, I'll let you know my opinion on Monday.

I found out that it is 15. I also saw that it isnt out until the 22nd of feb (same day as state of emergency) but it says that this is subject to change.

Excellent, so I've heard. Smith has got a Golden Globe nomination, and is favourite, for best actor. That is reflective of what the Oscars will be. So must be good.
I been waiting for this one. I wanted to go either tonight or some time in half term, but the tiny cinema near me doesnt have it on.

I've heard that Smith is very impressive in the film, and is more serious than in his normal comedic roles. Here's a tip: go in expecting very little, and you should be very surprised, unless the film is an absolute stinker, that is. What certificate is it?
