thats what ive been saying - the realistic version is an improvement, makes a leap foward - the cel shaded, back wards, far backwards, less detail, less genius, more annoying characters and the video had some annoying sounds on top of the wonderful zelda theme tune...
I've been thinking....maybe Nintendo should release both versions of Zelda (if they are changing it), one cell-shading, and the other more realistic and 3-D.
Or they could release 2 discs with the game, one for each graphical appearence. That'd could make the game longer, like Resi Evil with a character on each disc.
Maybe the cell-shaded one would be a more cartoony adventure, and the other more like the N64 versions?
but when it comes out on the cube it will have to be incredibly detailed in order to up the stakes, and thats what i think myamoto was trying to do with the cell shading.
A new style for a new console and one that i think could have been equally graphically impressive.
