I want a PC RPG, A nice one, preferably no turned based battles, and something that will be long enough that I won't finish it before I get bored of it, but entertaining enough that I won't get bored of it before I finish it.

My attention span is generally timed in the minutes rather than the hours unless something entertaining/though-provoking/humorous is happening.

There is £25 in my pocket. I can probaby scrounge £5-£10 off my Mother when she comes to give me a lift home.

Talk me into one.

And no, I didn't want to use the PC gaming Forum, it's too quiet.

Size? Depth? Interesting story? Wide variety of quests?

I want information, not quotes from people who've been paid to say nice things about them.

Fallout 1 or 2. Yes, it has turn based action, but it doesn't have orcs and fairies and beardy wizards!

Tonnes of small side quests, as well as the main quest about getting a water chip for your vault (in number 1)

Fallout 2 is even bigger, with more weapons and stuff. Both excellent

Baldur's Gate II.

It's only £10 most places, average graphics at best but it's all real-time, with lots of different character classes and stuff.

Don't just say a name, give me reasons. I can't be ****** to loaf about reading reviews, I do that far too much as it is.
