You need to format them like this:

... but replace the normal brackets ( and ) with square ones [ and ]. So, your two links are:

Congratulations! No record holders in my family but I'd be proud as punch if there were.
That website brings back alot of memories for me because I went to school at Scarisbrick Hall (now Kingswood College) just up the road. That was a long time ago though.
EDIT: And I've been named smartest girl in my year group... And that's just the school..I could be the smartest child, if only Daniel somehow died... *Gets an idea*
