"Total Recall rules all films!"

Sorry for that unashamedly glorious outburst of love for Total Recall, but it's so good! If you missed the first five minutes you'd be excused for thinking it was just another dumb space action film starring Austria's finest export, but it's far more complex than that. For a start - is it real or just an implanted memory? Philip K. Dick is the God of sci-fi stories. Christ, he even had the nerve to write the book that Blade Runner (one of the best sci-fi films ever) was based on. as well as Total Recall.




And it's got a three boobed w***e.




And a midget w***e!

Total Recall is my fav Ahnolt film, for the following lines that sound hilarious in his Austrian accent.

"It's Harry from work! They're all in on it!"
becomes
"It's Hairy from verk, dey arrr aaalll eeen on id"

"Screw you Benny!"

And the bit where he's writhing about at the start and his helmet pops and he gets big eyed "Aaarrrghhhhhh...Melinaaaaaaa"

When you want to put a mate off if you're playing a button-mashing Olympic game, just start shouting "Hairy from verk..." and he will collapse in laughter.

Sorry, but Ridley Scott's Bladerunner does it for me. Just the last verse spoken by the lead character is so brilliantly executed that it puts whole films to shame!

I got 'Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?' - the book that Blade Runner was based on today. It rocks big time. Quite different to the film already.

Total Recall's a classic, my parents were against me buying the video when i was like 12, said it was too "weird"

LOL Ahnult cracks me up in Total Recall some of his stale acting really smashes it.

Great film though.

I, too, love Total Recall, I watched it again recently just a couple of weeks ago. I must've seen it a thousand times
