Raichu's moves are ingenious:

Surf
Thunder
Reflect
Rain Dance

Incase you didn't know rain dance makes thunder act like swift (It never misses!!) and powers up water moves and makes grass and fire moves weaker.

Sunny day makes fire moves more powerful, weakens water attacks and there is no charge up for solar beam + Makes thunder less accurate than it already is (it goes to about 50% accurate)

Blastoise
Charizard
Alakazam
Dragonite
Snorlax
Wobuffet

If you want a good move set for Ho-oh give it:
Sunny day
Sacred fire
Solar beam
Recover

And for typhlosion

Sunny day (to weaken water attacks and raise fire power)
Fire blast
Thunder punch
Earthquake

One final word The toys r us pokémon tour was pants you had to use rented creatures off stadium 2.
