In the uni gym at the sports hall up the road, there are many useful contraptions for improving your fitness and muscle tone. Ont of those, is the 'sit-up aid' (you know what I mean if you've ever been to a gym). Basically, it supports your head and arms while you do sit-ups. I was using this fine contraption today.
Opposite it, facing it head on, is a leg exercising apparatus. It involves moving your legs together and apart from a seated position.
As I was doing my sit-ups, a very fit Russian blonde started using it.
I has an excellent view ;)
(Reconsiders last point.....)
the stretching!!
I do enough walking to keep me fit enough from turnign into a fat gaming slob....
Ha ha, as you can guess, there was nearly always a load of lasses dancing in there... My mate spent as much time staring through as he did working out!
Legs close

Needless to say, I stayed there doing sit ups till my stomach felt like a furnace.
