I certainly think so!!! They have invented most of the gaming aspects we take for granted these days. Nintendo also pioneered most of the gaming hardware we use today. Every piece of software and hardware they create is innotive and of an original design.

Nintendo also make the most original and consuming games of all time.

I need to say this in utmost quietness, as although I still think the GC is gonna be the best, at the moment, I think thwe X-Box is better here. By this time next year, when we have Zelda, Metroid, 1080, Final Fantasy and the like, Nintendo WILL RULE SUPREME.

Nintendo is the ONLY specialist games console creators now! With Sony making other house hold appliances and Microsoft also making other things. Nintendo is the ONLY specialist games manufacturer.

Plus they are the most eexperienced!

Nintendo is an excellent company, just think about it ... because of them we don't need multitaps! Also games are at ttheir highest quality. The graphics are like no other consoles and they always come up with something new! I mean whats next ... geese. People just take them for granted and thats why they don't win a lot of appreciation and respect and loads of console wars! They made:
game boy advance
game boy
game boy colour
game boy (the pocket one)
game cube
Nintendo 64

If you wish to add more you may so!

I was talking about the games. I prefer the line-up that the X-Box has compared to the other 2 consoles, I cant find anything that interests me on the GC, and the PS2 has very little good games on offer that I dont have already.

I cant wait for Shenmue 3, thats gonna rock!!

Gamecube is by far the best, most people say it has the worst graphics but when you compare them to the ps2 you can see that the gamecube graphics are more well rounded. Not tooo sharp and not tooo blured. It also has better loading times than the ps2.

When you talk about consoles, do you mean the hardware or software (games)?

Personally, my view, which is biased (I realize that), is that the Gamecube has the best exclusives and has the better half of multi format games. The GC doesnt have the selection of titles the ps2 has, which I think is a good thing because then I dont waste my money on rubbish games. The ps2 has the least good exclusives like the GTA series (even though I have a good pc and regularly play it on that so it doesnt effect me), Metal Gear Solid and Pro Evolution. The xbox has better exclusives than ps2 but not better than the GC but the xbox has or is getting more games that are out on ps2. Overall, everyone states that the xbox has the best graphics but graphics dont make a good game alone. Its like comparing fifa to iss in the psx days. Fifa always had better graphics but iss was so much more fun to play.
I dont think that online gaming will kick off as the Dreamcast had online gaming and that didnt sell. Also I find it much more fun to have my mates round to play multi player than to fight some japanese expert who always kicks my ar$e.

Personally I think the X-Box is the best out of all 3 consoles, I have all 3 and Im sorry to say, I think the GameCube is the worst out of the 3 and then obviously the PS2 nips in, in 2nd position.

Although I do respect that, that was your opinion, I just have to express mine too.

Nintendo have to find their own aŽses first, before they can kick other companies. They really are more responsible for their own decline than anything else. Reading about Atari committing commercial suicide back in the early 80's makes me think of only one other company..
