Guess what, Shigsy is reconsidering the new look Zelda. Thats right Shigsy after drowning his sorrows has been forced by the bullying world to re-think his new look...

Peter Main announced it as Shigsy doesn't want to create something nobody wants... the thought of not playing that awsome video i saw is frankly dissapointing i was looking forward to the game so much...

If the game does change i no doubt it will be good but i hope one day a Cel-Shaded Zelda will appear and i hope this revolutionary new look won't be forgotten...

Why did people think it would be bad? He has never let us down before.

Also, I'll think you'll find that Famitsu, widely thought to be the Last Word in game reviewing, gave MGS2 an astonishing 38/40. If you don't believe Famitsu you just don't want to believe.

What about WipEout Fusion, Dropship, GTA3? They got 9, 9, 8 respectively. Don't you think they'd be under enourmous pressure to give WipEout a 10 at least, Dropship the same, both being developed by Sony? Despite not saying there's anything wrong with WipEout, if they were being pressured in any way at all they would have givem it a 10.

There have never been any reports, or eveidence from either side of OPS2 being bunged, and I think you'll find they're a great deal more reliable than Edge.

Put it this way, there would have been absolutely no way on earth would OPS2 Magazine have give the game anything below 10.
Be honest.
I know if I was doing the review I would be under an awful lot of pressure to score high.
The end of the day you'd be paid the same wages, so who cares what score you'd give, people would still buy it in their droves.

Actually, I think you'll find the guy who wrote the review was from Edge, and unlike NOM, OPS2 and OSPM don't recieve "bungs" from Sony.

I would take away atleast 2 points for official mags!
They aren't truthful enough.
NOM totally takes the P*** though thats for sure, where scores are concerned.

What about OPS2? They are infamous for giving low scores for the best PS2 games, and a perfect 10 is *extremely* hard to achieve. They even say in their review it was tempting to give it only 9, but that there really was no reason to.

The sales were good but people were dissapointed... and as for Ben and Chris Allen they don't reside on these forums if u wish to speak to them you will have to go on msn no wait a moment u don't do that.

And i am sure those magazine scores are good enough proof as you are famed for comparing 90 + % scoring games for the PS1 to the N64 remember.

Well, Dringo, if you'd care to take a look at the US sales figures I think you'll find that the public aren't as disappointed with the games. Also, Ben and Chris are inclined towards Nintendo, and may probably be among the many people on this forum who want MGS2 to be a disappointment. As Digitiser said, "The biggest targets are the easiest to hit".

Americans (Ben, Chris and erm Dark Chicho) have told me how dissapointing MGS2 and FFX is. MGS2's dissapointment was also mentioned by my friend craig who was unimpressed by the Demo. 2 REviews which i have read back this up.

And Edge gave FFX a poor 6/10.
