some very good points lots of x-box users are basically liking this cos they probably havent got a pc and want to go on the net etc.

i think a lot of what i was talking about could probably be done on the SD adapter (128 meg of ram can hold a fair bit of data)

Personally, I can't ever see the likes of Shigeru Miyamoto supporting sucha feature on any of Nintendo's consoles. And as long as he says no, it aint gonna happen.
One of the main criticisms that people have made about the X-Box is the inclusion of a hard rive making it more like a PC than console. This would be no different with a Nintendo console.
A console with hard drive means:
1) A bigger console.
2) A noisier console.
3) A hotter console.
4) A more complex console for more technically-minded people. Nintendo always aim at entertaining the whole family.

80 quid for 4 gig excellent im just thinking though that teh cube drive would have to be small in physical size thus pushing the cost up and decreasing available space.
but i dont care as long as its good and priced nice :)

i would say the cube is perfect except for this one little extra. I have no other complaints except this (please bear in mind that this is my opinion not yours dont turn this thread into a verbal bashing session)

hey dd , for £100 i think the :PS2 owners can eventually get a 40 gig hard drive! not 1 gig for £80.
