The whole of Conkers BAd Fur Day really, such a funny game.

Oh and the gay frog in Banjo Tooie made me laugh also Donkey Kong 64 the female Kong whatever she was called kept using loads of sexual references stuff about playing your instrument and other things that I can't remember.

Just Rare games on a whole the majority of them are damn funny.

The Great Sloprano from Conkers Bad Fur Day is the funniest thing I've seen in a game.

Mine was on Mission:Impossible when he tries to discuise himself as a passer buy by saying,"Hi, I'm Fred and I'm looking for my dog". It might not seem funny but at the time it was hilarious.
