There are many things Consoles need, Games is the obvious one along with a controller and well a screen to see what ur doin on. I hope the NGC will more, its design; "innovative" yes, buitiful, NO, its a brick, literally.

2ndly the controller; a dodgy mix of PS and N64, i guess will have to wait and see whether it competes with the 64 controller, which despite its size and lack of aesthetics, killed.

3rdly the handle; completely insane, its hideous and defies the term "useful".

Although these negatives stick out like the Lilt ladies rear ends in a field, the NGC has a lot going for it, or does it? Will Nintendo maximise their names whilst creating decent innovative new ones? Mario, yes it will rock, Mario Kart? who knows... Zelda? plz dont use this shocking shading method, and 3rd party, Rare saved em once, will they have to do 60% of the work again?

We just hope the games can make up for the minor glitches the NGC has, such as NO DVD PLAYING capability, at least not, surprise surprise in the UK...

El Morro became El Burro, he apologises repeatedly for any poor gramma, punctuation, spelling etc. He was in a rush to say what is was he wanted to say, in response to everything that has been said:

1. I never said GC was rubbish, im going to get one my self.
2. The N64 controller is the BEST controlled ever to grace my hands (no needless remarks, i can think of them all myself)
3. I am male, but for SonicRav ill try, no actually i wont, sorry :)
4. The handle is pointless, and as for not seeing it thats not the point, it makes placing your gamecube more difficult its anooying to say the least.
5. God if I can think of a 5th point then wow is all i can say... hmmm ah no the controller is no brick, the console is, its a total brick, but i love it none the less.

Not a flawless console, but great, and look at X-Box far from well, aesthetically pleasing...

What I think Gamecube needs is some killer beat-em-ups and racing games!

These are both missing from the launch line up, and I think something needs to be done about it soon, if the Gamecube wants to be a FLYING success!

Being a keen Text Messager, I can understand most of the writing in El Moros posts so that doesn't really bother me.

BTW, having read El Moro's infinitly more readable post in the Zelda Cell shading topic, I actually quite like him (or, in a rare case, her).

Not only does El Moro have his/her own strong opinions, but he/she stands up for them, and gives as good as he/she gets at people like Strafex... which is exactly what I do! And now look at me! Everyone who joined the forums before me has left, meaning I am the oldest person still here!:)

Tom, I agree that people shouldn't just shout abuse at the newbie...

however, the actual post makes no sense what so ever! Most of it is spely incorrectly, unpunctuated, and just unreadable. I've tried to do my best to undertand that first paragraph (see my post), but it's just plain nonsense!
