Is it me or is Special Reserve Slightly dodgy. Answer me this, Have you ever seen Special Reserve adverts in Official Console Magazines?? You always see them in the paragon publishing magazines. Well I do anyways and I get all the ps2 magazines.

Also who are these "suppliers." The way Special Reserve mention them on the customer services fourum makes them sound like drug dealers or something.

"We Order from our suppliers every 3 days" They say. I reckon Tony (AKA THE DON) picks up a red phone or something and it links them directly to someone who looks like Morpheus off the Matrix with shades on, in a blacked out windowed limo.

The name of the company is even dodgy! "Special Reserve" That name is more suited to fort knocks or something with a special reserve of gold bullion. Its special because it aint even legal. Lol only joking SR.

Here is a personal anicdote that prooved that SR are slightly dodgy. I ordered Max Payne for the PC a couple of months ago it arrived on time and I love it. However when I looked at the back of the box it said "Only for sale in india" Now if that aint dodgy I dont know what is lol.

On to another matter of the get-dotted site. It seems Special Reserve have the rights to 95% of the wonderful world of the internet. Why is this???? .biz .info domains ????

What the Hell!!! Lol

Anyway that concludes my review of Special Reserve's dodgy dealings. :)

I dont want Special Reserve or SR Staff's Family taking offence to this joke. I aint being serious I rarely am.I only buy from Special Reserve anyways cos they are the best.

For the record I ordered Operation Flashpoint from SR and am going to pre-order State of Emergency soon.Probaly monday so just for you cynics out there I am a loyal SR shopper so much so I only buy from them. :D

I hope I win GAD for this. By the way for the record this was a joke thread and I may be slightly wrong with what I put but it got a staff person to be confused and thats worthy of something.

No, I wasn't saying that they don't advertise, I was simply saying that they are loked at as a third-party gamesshop for the way they advertise

SR advertise in more than just the Paragon Publishing mags. They advertise in GamesMaster, NGC, I saw one in OPS2M once and they have been in other mags.

I've seen SR adverts in GamesMaster and NOM, and in the SR mag. they advertise NGC and the PS mag, and more I think. Maybe you should've looked into that more first of all!

I must admit; out of all the game-shops' site I've been to, Sr is the very best. However, they advertise in the magazines as if they are a mere third-part games-shop, and hat's not right. SR are the very best when it comes to price, delivery etc. My opinion is to advertise a bit more, be a Sony, and not an N64...or a Dreamcast for that matter.

P.S, Dreamcast is my favourite console, but it must be said that Sony rule the advertising!
