There the best ones on there I say, Poprocks and

Yeah I agree there Poprocks and Coke is great, easily one of their best.

But did they sell out???
Selling out is when a band changes style to sell better. But will we ever know the motivation for GreenDay changing styles? No. And anyway, they were pretty much in a no win situation, whatever they did, someone would give them flak. Change heavier, and get criticised for jumping on that heavy rock bandwagon that is popular now. Stay the same and get criticised for 'milking the winning formula' and not trying anything new. Change to be less heavy, and get the 'sell out' criticism. What would you do? And anyway, the song writing was just as good as previous albums, they just didn't play as heavy... but their new album will probably be the most diverse. They posted three rough tracks, one was a snarly punk rock track, and two were slower with one being a ballad style song...

Good Riddance is good and is one of my fav Greenday songs and I don't tend to like Greenday.
What does everyone think of those 2 new ones as I've not heard them...?

Heh...that's bloody scary. Two posts, less than a minute apart, saying almost the same thing.
