Well if the May the 3rd date sticks I want to know how will you get your Cube?

Have you pre ordered from anywhere?

Or are you like me and are going to take a brisk walk to the shops and pick one up?

May the 3rd is a Friday so will any of you be taking the day off work/school to guarantee yourself a machine, I know what you scivers are like.

At least it we will have the Weekend to play it, I still say it should be released the day after on a Saturday. (I wouldn't like to work anywhere they sell Cube's on the Saturday after launch, oo er)

Also what games/accessories to you plan on getting at lauch?

I hear there will be a shortage of extra pads.

Thats what I've heard from websites. It could put me off buying a Gamecube, unless they can really compact the game saves. I wouldn't want too many memory cards, for a start they would be difficult to organise.

Somebody please correct me if I am wrong about the megabits.

I think the memory card is a bit of a let down. If it is 4 megabits then thats only 512kb which is 16th of the size of the PS2. I thought Nintendo were releasing a few different sizes from day 1. The small size cards for maybe £10 and then ending up to PS2 size for £25.

They have something like 59 blocks, but that could mean anything.

I'm not sure, but I've heard a RUMOUR that a game COULD take up a while memory card.
As for the mb. I think its megabits.

Iam going to pick one up in the summer after uni finishes. I'll get a black one with Resident Evil and maybe Rogue Leader, Luigi's Mansion, Wave Race, Pikmin, Sonic 2 and Super Smash Brothers.

Also get 2 controllers and a memory card. How big are the memory cards as they say they are 4mb. Is it megabit or megabyte. I've heard only 3-4 game saves can be saved on one card is this true? The PS2 card may be £25-£30 but for that I have 17 game saves and used only half of the card up. I hope the GC memory cards can contain at least 10 saves.

Well, I go to America a lot, so I'll be getting an imported Canadian cube with all region mod chip (when one is released).

That way, when I go to the US this summer, I can get cheap games, play obscure jap imports, and still buy UK games!
