I don't know how to do this personally, but it is sometimes possible to trace the IP address of files sent or messages. This can then be reported to the police as invasion of privacy (that oughtta learn 'im)...

This sin't aporper hack, rather than passwords guessing or blasting with random combinations until something appears to be correct.
