"Can the PS2 bring out any more and advanced RPGs?"

i want to know if any body thinks that the PS2 can bring out any better RPGs because all of the RPGs i have eg BOFs and FFs are really to easy.

Yes, they are, well done, you are young, but you will learn..........

The fact that the PS2 has to be plugged into the mains AND into the back of the TV also limits it's abilities to play RPG games :D

But the awkwardness of the Playstation controller means it's difficult to make involving RPG's.....

(my arguements are getting better, no?)

Of course it does, just look at, emmmmm, Resident Evil, only the Playstation could ever hold such a deep and involving storyline ;)

I don't think so, because the PS2 is different in it's architecture from other consoles, and developers are lazy. As such, a difficult genre like RPG is unlikey to see much improvement on such a difficult platform.....

Xenosaga is looking quite simply amazing, one of my most anticipated titles coming to the PS2.........

lets hope rpgs improve on the next gen machines as apart from skies of arcadia , we still only seem to get all that came with 16/32bit rpgs, theonly change being graphically.
