Do you even know 'why' there are elections?
So that you can put someone in power in the hope that they won't misuse it, and that they'll help you to have your say - to emphasise your point of view, right?
On here, you will post.
I've seen it happen before and it won't suddenly stop, unless I get the urge to crash the forums.
You get noticed on here if you're different - if you stand out, if you're a J A T or a Notable, you tend to get the most attention because people are familiar or want to get to know how you write and express yourself.
So on here, it's a good idea to get noticed, because it gets a response. There's nothing much more annoying on here, other than people copying content, than to write something you feel very passionately about, only for no one to actually read it.

This election will not make or break someone's life. Here we have a collection of forums with many people and you will feel proud to become a 'notable', but if you don't get it, don't worry - no one's going to say "Hahaha you're still a regular"!
But you're reading this (and that is a fact), so you may as well vote. Here's a few of my tips!

You could, if you wanted to, I mean...oh what the hey - Vote for Dan2K1!!!
Vote for me because I've been here for absolutely ages - add 250 days onto the total you see on my stats because when I changed ISPs I had to change my details for some reason, which meant my old profile 'daza10' as it is currently called is now not operating.
Anyway - I've won a lot of Gameaday competitions, that shows I can write decent posts...I think?
I won't go around saying "I SMASH U WIV STIK" because I don't really have the want to do that, and to be honest I think I've posted a fair amount in my time here.
I like games so they say, I respect those who deserve it.
